After a jury trial in the Court of General Sessions, this appellant had been awarded damages of $2,000. The appellee filed its motion for judgment n. o. v. That motion was granted, and on appeal, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals affirmed,1 having concluded that there was insufficient evidence upon which to base the award of damages. We allowed an appeal to this court solely to consider the question of damages...
