Munster, filed in the Twenty-Fifth Judicial District Court, alleged that by contract dated April 23, 1959, Salvador Palama agreed to sell the petitioners a certain parcel of ground in St. Bernard Parish, located at 125 St. Bernard Highway. The said agreement was alleged to have been negotiated by the defendant, Burt V. Guidroz, realtor, and a deposit of $1,700...
