Findings of Fact and Conclusions Of Law
Plaintiffs have brought on this motion for preliminary injunction enjoining defendant from infringing plaintiffs' trademark and enjoining acts of unfair competition on the part of defendant. This court has jurisdiction of the complaint seeking similar permanent relief and damages under 28 U.S.C. § 1338(a) and (b), and 15 U.S.C. §§ 1121, 1125(a)
