Oscar S. Houser as administrator of the estate of his intestate son, Theodore Houser, 19 years of age, brought this action against J.D. Persinger to recover for the alleged wrongful death of the intestate. The jury returned a verdict for defendant Persinger whereupon the Administrator moved for a new trial.
