HOLBROOK, J.

Plaintiff, Andrew Hutsko, was employed by the defendant, Chrysler Corporation, in the capacity of millwright. On June 24, 1960, while in the course of his employment, he injured his right hand. This injury resulted in the amputation of the little finger and some damage to the three remaining fingers of plaintiff's right hand.
