Appellant, Kathryn Price Murfee, Guardian of the person and estate of Bertie Noland Price, acting solely in her representative capacity brought suit for, among other things, a verified accounting of the Price & Price Insurance Agency. L. M. Price and son, W. N. Price, were partners in the business of Price & Price Insurance Agency. L. M. Price died October 4, 1955, and W. N. Price died October 4, 1964...
