Elmer, the pledgee thereof, seeking to set aside the sale and/or adjudication of the pledged stock by Oscar B. Elmer unto himself, and seeking the return of the pledged stock upon depositing in the registry of the court a sum equal to the amount of his obligation to Oscar B. Elmer, pledgee.
