The appellants were convicted by the Criminal Court of Baltimore of violating Maryland Code, Art. 27, § 418(a) which makes it a misdemeanor for any person to "knowingly * * * sell, * * * give away, or show or have in his or her possession with intent to sell or give away, or to exhibit [or] show * * * any lewd, obscene or indecent * * * magazine * * * or photograph * *...
