Plaintiff instituted this action to recover the sum of $5,000 with interest on a policy of insurance issued by defendant company upon the life of his daughter Jeanne Norwick. The policy together with the application attached was issued on August 5, 1963. On November 27, 1963, Jeanne Norwick died. The complaint alleges that plaintiff beneficiary notified defendant of the death of insured and made proof of death and demanded payment of the amount due...
