On July 29, 1965, the Domestic Relations Court of Taylor County granted Carolyn Staples a divorce from Richard Staples. The judgment recited that they had agreed on child support, custody and visitation rights. It ordered the father to pay $225.00 per month to the mother for support of their three children.
