After argument, by per curiam order, we affirmed the order of the Superior Court of Baltimore City, dismissing with prejudice a petition for a Writ of Mandamus directing the appellee, the Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore City, to certify the appellant as a candidate in the election of delegates to the Constitutional Convention.
