This is a suit by Trinity Universal Insurance Company, a surety company hereinafter referred to as Trinity, for recovery against William S. Good, Jr., and Donald E. Dahl on a contract of indemnity signed and executed by Good and Dahl in favor of Trinity on May 19, 1958. By the terms of the third party indemnity agreement, Good and Dahl, as indemnitors, obligated themselves "jointly and severally" for the issuance by Trinity of a bond or bonds on behalf...
