Goedecke entered into a contract to purchase from Parker & Sanwick Investments, Inc., now Viking Investment Corporation, certain real estate adjacent to the city of Renton for the sum of $349,514, to be paid in installments. The earnest money agreement dated February 23, 1962, provided inter alia "that public sewers are available to property".
