Joseph Ramsey appeals from a three-count conviction in the District of Connecticut, entered May 16, 1966, which charged the possession and sale of illegally imported heroin in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 4704(a), 26 U.S.C. § 4705 (a), and 21 U.S.C. § 174, respectively. The evidence at the trial before Judge Blumenfeld and a jury concerned the involvement of Ramsey and one Norman Hardwick, charged as a co-defendant, in narcotics transactions...
