Plaintiff sued defendant for $1,173.11 for overtime compensation under the federal wage and hour law of 1938 as amended [29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219]. He also asked for an equal amount as liquidated damages plus attorney's fees and costs. From judgment rejecting his demands Yates appeals. In this court defendant files a plea of prescription of two years, under Section 255 of the cited statute, to that portion...
