OPINION BY WRIGHT, J., September 14, 1967:

On June 21, 1966, Dorothy R. Breskman was apprehended for operating a Pontiac convertible on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at a rate of 110 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour speed zone. On the same day an information was filed, and Mrs. Breskman paid a fine of $15.00 and costs.
