ROGOSHESKE, Justice.

On June 12, 1964, defendant was convicted after a jury trial of aggravated robbery in violation of Minn.St. 609.245.

Insisting that he was not the person who robbed a liquor store in St. Paul at gunpoint at about 7:30 p. m. on Wednesday, February 12, 1964, defendant contends that the court erred in denying his motion for a new trial.
