Judgment (denominated "Order" below; but see CPLR 7806), entered July 7, 1967 in New York County Clerk's office annulling determination of respondent-appellant Liquor Authority which denied transfer of petitioner's liquor license, on the ground that subdivision 16 of section 105 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law forbids it, affirmed on the law and the facts, without costs and without disbursements.
