Aaron Atkins was involved in an automobile accident with a car driven by Ola Mae Sawyer, resulting in both drivers being killed. Judgment was rendered in favor of Geneva Thomas, as tutrix of her minor children, against the lumber company for workmen's compensation benefits due her...
