The Illinois Building Authority brings this appeal from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Lake County on December 12, 1966, based on a jury verdict, that found that the defendants were entitled to compensation in the amount of $43,400 for certain property owned by them and taken by the appellant pursuant to the Eminent Domain Act.
