Plaintiff was granted a judgment in the common pleas court for the city of Detroit against the defendant insurance company on September 29, 1965. After denial of its motion for a new trial, defendant has appealed and raised the following single question for review: Was Ruth Stadelmann a "resident of the household" of Joachim P. Stadelmann and Margarete Stadelmann, the named insureds under their homeowner's insurance policy?
