The Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans has filed a libel in rem against the M/V GOTAMA JAYANTI to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by the Board's Public Grain Elevator as a result of its being struck by the M/V GOTAMA JAYANTI.
