PETERSON, Justice.

Respondents purchased automatic laundry and dry-cleaning equipment from appellant Ald, Inc., on July 20, 1962, and rescinded the purchase agreement on June 25, 1963, on grounds of fraud.1 Respondents recovered, upon a jury verdict, all sums paid to appellants under the purchase agreement.
