This bill in equity was brought to enjoin the defendants from using a private road except for ingress and egress to a parcel of land owned by the defendants Flynn, and from parking their automobiles thereon. The road, Curtis Street, is approximately 700 feet long and 40 feet wide. The plaintiffs own and occupy land on the easterly side of the road and normally use it to enter and leave their residence.
