Plaintiff brought this action against defendants, Valencia Service Company, Inc., Concreto Mixto, Inc., and their respective insurance carriers, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and United States Casualty Company, for damages for personal injuries arising out of a four car collision allegedly caused by the fault or negligence of either or both of the two first named defendants.
