This is an action entitled in tort brought against two foreign corporations, organized under the laws of Wisconsin, and domiciled therein. The defendants are not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana, and they have not appointed an agent for service of process in this state. The defendants filed an exception to the jurisdiction rationa personae based on the ground that it was a foreign corporation not engaged in Louisiana business....
