This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment entered in the District Court of Deer Lodge County in favor of plaintiff in an action seeking recovery on an insurance policy.

The plaintiff had previously recovered a judgment against one Gerald Roberts as a result of an automobile collision caused by Roberts' negligence. Roberts had been issued an automobile liability insurance policy by the defendant prior to the collision...
