The petitioner, Fred G. Fournet, is one of the four surviving children of the decedents, Louis J. Fournet and Mrs. Blanche Fleming Fournet. He opposes the probate of the will of Mrs. Blanche Fleming Fournet on the grounds that it contains a prohibited substitution. From an adverse judgment, the opponent, Fred G. Fournet, appealed.
