Defendant was tried before the undersigned judge of this court and a jury on a bill of indictment containing two counts charging open lewdness and public indecency. The trial commenced October 7, 1966, and at the conclusion thereof on October 10, 1966, the jury rendered a verdict of guilty on both counts of the indictment.
