On August 30, 1965 the appellant was convicted of murder in the first degree, without capital punishment, by a jury in the Circuit Court for Harford County. He was sentenced to imprisonment "for the rest of his natural life" on September 21, 1965. He noted an appeal on September 30, 1965. Upon petition of the appellant on October 22, 1965 the time for transmitting the record to the Court of Appeals was extended to December...
