Judgment of sentence affirmed.

DISSENTING OPINION BY HOFFMAN, J.:

The sole question raised in this appeal is whether unconstitutionally obtained statements, taken without proper Miranda warnings, can be used to impeach a defendant's testimony on cross-examination.
