Plaintiff, Jacob Bangs, brought this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by his minor son, Jacob Bangs, Jr., and for special damages incurred by him in the treatment of his son. Bangs, Jr., sustained personal injuries on February 2, 1965, while riding as a guest passenger in an automobile belonging to Mrs. Ernest Aiavolasiti and driven by Ernest Perry along North Bernadotte Street in the City of New Orleans.
