These are automobile-pedestrian negligence actions brought by Dorothy M. Graham individually and as next friend for her minor son, Michael S. Graham, as plaintiffs, against Madelene W. Inskeep, defendant. The cases were consolidated for trial before a circuit court jury. Verdicts of no cause of action were rendered in both cases.
