This is an appeal from a judgment awarding a highway construction subcontractor the sum of $14,272 and interest against the prime contractor covering the reasonable cost of performing certain alleged unanticipated excavation under the subcontract between them. The case was tried in the district court of Park County before the Honorable Nat Allen, presiding judge, sitting without a jury, who rendered judgment based on his findings of fact and conclusions...
