Appellant Blanche Bennett suffered personal injuries when the car in which she was a passenger attempted a left turn at a traffic-controlled intersection and was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by appellee Bass. Appellant brought suit against the drivers of both vehicles for damages. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case, the lower court granted defendant Bass's motion for a directed verdict on the basis that...
