MR. JUSTICE DEMPSEY delivered the opinion of the court.

The defendant, Eugene Yocca, appeals from a judgment finding him guilty of burglary and sentencing him to the penitentiary for a term of from ten to twenty years. Yocca was indicted with four other defendants for the crime. Two of the defendants, Ernest Pucillo and Bruno Dispenza, pleaded guilty. The other two, John Svizzero and John Johnson, pleaded not guilty...
