This is a suit for $25,000, the amount allegedly due under an oral contract to share a commission; alternatively, the same amount is sought under the doctrine of quantum meruit. Defendants answered in the form of a general denial. After trial there was judgment, based on quantum meruit, in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $5,000. Defendants have appealed therefrom.
