Following a jury trial in June, 1964, defendant was found guilty and sentenced to a 10-year prison term for violation of 18 U.S.C.A. Sections 2 and 2113 upon an indictment which charged him, Bryant T. Hutchins and Jeffrey D. Bujese with robbing the Valley Savings and Loan Association "in the State and District of New Jersey" on July 8, 1963. Defendant filed a timely notice of appeal on August 7, 1964. On June...
