This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits. On May 31, 1965, the plaintiff, Romaine Cain, sustained injuries to his hands while working in the course and scope of his employment with Henry Kinney, who was insured by a workmen's compensation policy issued by the defendant, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company.
