This is a return on an alternative writ of mandamus issued by this court. On March 11, 1966, the Relator, Mrs. Alfred T. Pattison, II, was awarded alimony for the support of her four minor children in the amount of $575 per month. Subsequently, Respondent, Alfred T. Pattison, II, her former husband, brought a rule alleging that Relator had removed herself and their children from the jurisdiction of the trial court and was then residing in Huntington...
