Pattison, II, was awarded alimony for the support of her four minor children in the amount of $575 per month. Subsequently, Respondent, Alfred T. Pattison, II, her former husband, brought a rule alleging that Relator had removed herself and their children from the jurisdiction of the trial court and was then residing in Huntington...
