This is an appeal from an order granting a new trial.

The action was brought in the district court of Cascade County to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted when the plaintiff slipped and fell on the defendant's parking lot. There was a unanimous verdict for the defendant and from an order granting a new trial the defendant appeals.
