This is an appeal by Ruth Dell from a verdict of a jury finding her guilty of the criminal offense of accessory before the fact to larceny by shoplifting. The appellant was fined ten ($10.00) dollars in costs and sentenced to serve a term of not less than one [1] nor more than five [5] years at the Indiana Women's Prison.
