This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of LaSalle County in an action for personal injuries filed by the plaintiffs, Shirley and Leo Cullmann, against defendant, William Mumper. The injury occurred while plaintiffs were on the property of defendant Mumper. The jury returned a verdict of $5,000 and judgment was entered on such verdict.
