The case is before this court by a writ of certiorari granted on application of the petitioner, Alex Bedel, to review an Award and Findings of the Industrial Commission of Arizona.

The petitioner suffered from a bronchial condition prior to the date of the industrial accident on December 1, 1964. He was subjected to large quantities of cement dust on that date, in the course and scope of his employment as a foreman in the concrete and cement...
