On March 9, 1966, this court granted a petition of the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of an order issued by it against A. Neil Ambrose, an individual (see 358 F.2d 319). A decree was entered by this court on April 8, 1966. Rehearing was denied on April 26, 1966. Ambrose sought certiorari in the Supreme Court, which was denied on October 10, 1966 (385 U.S. 838, 87 S.Ct. 86, 17 L.Ed.2d 72). At that time...
