The appeal is from that part of a judgment dismissing six counterclaims filed by appellant-defendant, Wood.

Appellee, Western Beef Factory, a Colorado corporation, operates a commercial feed lot in Denver. Appellant, Wood, a resident of Wyoming, is engaged in buying, feeding and selling cattle.
