This case within the Admiralty and Maritime jurisdiction of this Court involves a collision at sea between a geophysical streamer cable owned by the libellant and the two fishing vessels, the CHRISSY & KATHY and the TEMPEST. No contact was made between the hulls of any of the vessels.
