Appellant Sam Mack Snider, Jr., was charged on information filed by the prosecuting attorney in Cross County with the crimes of forgery and uttering. He was tried before a jury in Circuit Court, convicted on both counts and sentenced to four years in the penitentiary on each count.

On appeal to this court appellant relies on the following two points for reversal:
