This is a motion for summary judgment. The defendants' cross motion is for a stay pursuant to the Military Law.

Defendant Zuckerman signed a note as a comaker on a loan made by the plaintiff to the defendant Gould, now in the Air Force. Defendant Zuckerman interposes in his answer, the applicability of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act (Military Law, § 302, subd. 1)...
