SUMMERS, Justice.

In this criminal prosecution Robert Stokes was charged with armed robbery, tried, convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary at hard labor for a term of thirty years. On this appeal he relies upon three bills of exceptions to support his contention that there was error in the proceedings at the trial for which his conviction and sentence should be annulled.
